Vielen Dank, Bozhana!

Language TeacherI had the pleasure to work with Bozhana in our agile project at BlueId and was very impressed by her. She clearly has goals and makes them come true. I wished I had her dedication and ambition or even simply knew what I wanted when I was her age.
Her personal way of doing things also shows in the way she works. She is smart, always eager to learn, very creative and gets things done in a straight-forward and calm way. Bozhana is also a great team player and helped us a lot deliver a great solution to our client.
And what's more: she is easily one of the nicest persons I've ever worked with! Always positive, smiling, and supportive she infects the whole team with her upbeat spirit. I would love to work with her again any time!

VideographerWorking with Bozhana is something very special. When she speaks, I listen. Not just because she’s very good at what she does, but above all because she’s a human being. A person who knows exactly when to be specific – and when a playful approach and tact might be more helpful.
This means that working with her leads to results that don’t always follow the norm, and that is precisely what makes it special. She responds to my individuality, always has an open ear and very often has the right advice at the ready.
Bozhana has already acquired as much knowledge and experience in so many specialist areas as some people do in their entire lives – both in a professional and a personal/social context. And that’s why I listen to her. Because I know that after our conversation, I’ll walk away with a whole lot of new knowledge and inspiration.

Leader, InnovatorBozhana was the UX-designer of our agile product-development team. She was responsible for the user interfaces of cloud-services and mobile applications. She closely collaborated with Product Owners, Stakeholders and Frontend Developer. Bo is courageous and clear in decision making. She cares for people and she is honest but, at the same time, polite and humble.
Bozhana is keen to deliver great usability of IT products to the customer. She develops solutions creatively and analytically and she inspires others to actively participate in shaping good design in workshops, which she designs and moderates.
She works with the latest tools for innovation, customer experience and agile software development, such as Jira and Confluence. And she bridges the gap between requirements and prototype implementation speaking developer’s languages, such as CSS, HTML and successfully working with frameworks like Google’s Angular Material and React Native.
Enjoyed it very much to accomplish great products with her. It’s great fun to work smartly with her!

Global Senior Solution ManagerBozhana is very professional and very committed to the work. There was a challenge to update the whole material for an Orals for a customer , which was sent on Friday evening to be presented on Monday morning.
The team has committed to deliver on Sunday morning and that's what has happened. In fact, as during the 3 weeks working together, I could feel that I could trust them.
It was a pleasure to work with Bozhana, and I hope to have more opportunities like that!

Program Manager, IBMI enjoyed working with Bozhana on the creation of Microsites. She has a lot of ideas in her design and is also efficient in her work. She possesses strong leadership skills and she also helps new team members get into the work process, and get into the communication process as soon as they can.
She is very attentive to the client's requirements too. Besides that she made an extra mile to pick up a web developer role when the team is short of resources. I hope to work with her again.
